Coordinated Entry (Welcome Center) The Brian Garcia Welcome Center (Welcome Center) is the front door to the Key Campus in downtown Phoenix. The Welcome Center is the only 24/7/365 walk-up location for homeless people in Maricopa County.

Supportive Services Keys to Change operates the hub of collaboration on Key Campus in the Lodestar Day Resource Center (LDRC). The LDRC is open every day and hosts up to ten additional programs offered by partner agencies.

Respiro Shelter The Keys to Change Respiro Shelter provides a 24-hour safe place for people experiencing homelessness. The 6,300 square foot, 95-bed Respiro Shelter opened its doors in March 2022 and has been at full capacity since then. Individuals are allowed to stay in the shelter 24/7, with their pets and service animals.
