Where the work happens
STEM ClubProject Scientist's after-school STEAM Club offers girls, aged 4-12 an opportunity to discover the magic of hands-on science, technology, engineering arts, and math. The club meets once a week in specific locations, and it is tailored to each age group and available in English or Spanish.
STEM LabProject Scientist provides girls with a dynamic and fun-filled summer. The program runs for a week or more in specific locations and features full day programs with curriculum tailored by age for girls aged 4-12. The programs take place on-site at STEM companies or at schools.
SpanishIn Mexico, 14% of women attain a STEM degree, compared to 38% of men. In the U.S., only 2.4% of Latinas make up the STEM workforce. There are 3.8 million students in schools across the nation that are native Spanish speakers.
