In 2020, the emergency shelter program was transformed into a hotel voucher model to encourage safety during covid. Over 2400 nights of shelter were provided to 65 individuals. Clients have access to case management and wraparound services while staying with the organization.

The dakota diaper pantry is western north dakota's only national diaper bank network's accredited diaper program. Through the program, the organization was able to supply families experiencing diaper poverty with a supplement of diapers monthly. In 2020, over 102 families received services at least once.
