Union Administration, Governance & Contract Negotiation

The way the union worked with members needed to be adjusted due to the pandemic. Contract negotiation & administration was also a primary concern.

Member communication over contract negotiations affecting 1150 ramsey county employees and union members was the primary job of the union this year. Evauation of working conditions and development of ways to serve ramsey county residents effectively were among the primary concerns addressed.
