Isi provides 24/7 residential care with dignity for people with disabilities through two different models. Adult family homes (afh) are state-licensed programs in which 4 or fewer non-related adults with disabilities live in a home in the community. Isi provided care for 65 clients on average per month in this model.

Innovative services inc. (isi) offers community supportive living (CSL) programs to people with disabilities to allow them to remain and thrive in their own homes. CSL services are provided as needed and are focused on achievement of outcomes, not specific hours of service.
