Queer art awards is an initiative of grants, prizes, and residencies that includes a spectrum of support-monetary and otherwise-for LGBTQ artists. It includes the annual queer art prize awards and a growing number of individual grants, such as the barbara hammer lesbian experimental filmmaking grant.

Queer art mentorship is an intergenerational mentorship program that supports a year-long exchange between emerging and established artists working in film, literature, performance, visual art, and curatorial practice. The program supports, on average, 10 new MENTOR/FELLOW pairs each year and culminates in an annual exhibition.
