Professional case management services are provided for clients residing in the kansas city metropolitan area, with a primary focus on clients living in the neighborhoods east of troost avenue.

Healthy Community Initiatives

Thelma's kitchen, a donate-what-you-can cafe'. In 2020 this program achieved the following: - over 23,000 meals were served in thelma's kitchen. Additionally, volunteers contributed approximately 3,978 hours serving meals. The estimated value for these services is $34,211.
