Social Services

In fy 2024, tpan served served 191 clients with 3,472 encounters. By helping patients overcome barriers to health care related to poverty, discrimination, homelessness, and hunger, vivent health allows patients to focus on successfully adhering to complex treatment regimens that afford them the best opportunity for health.

Published by tpan since 1989, positive aware is the nation's leading not-for-profit publication serving the hiv community. Published bi-monthly, pa's mission is to be the most trusted community resource for accurate, unbiased, up-to-date treatment information and related news for people living with HIV/AIDS and their advocates.
