Perry farm village includes 11 freestanding cottage homes, 34 CONDO/APTS, and the perry center that consists of 6 studio units, a wellness center and a community center. It provides dining, engagement programs, WELLNESS/FITNESS services, to the residents on the campus plus to older adults within the area.
