Outreach and Education
NAMI Summit County provides a variety of support group meetings and education programs to assist consumers and their families cope with mental illness. NAMI Summit County has also begun a digital marketing program through various social media outlets to help spread awareness.
Reedy Housewarming provides new, basic household items to those persons with serious mental health conditions who are transitioning from homelessness, group living, or incaration, and have recovered to be able to live independently.
Creative Kids
NAMI Summit County sponsors and funds children with mental health risks to attend various programs to help mental health, including karate, music programs and gymnastics. During 2024, 71 youth were served.
