Meal Program

Alpha community center continues to serve breakfast and lunch M-F in partnership with holy angels soup kitchen. We serve breakfast on sunday before church and a meal on tuesday evening after chapel service all for the whole community.

Rent /Utility Assistance

The alpha community center receives dollars from the shelby county united way to assist our clients with payment of rent, mortgage and utilities. In 2024, we received 18,000.00 from the local uw. With the uw funding, we paid rent for 57 clients, and utilities for 42 clients.
