Third Phase Inc. is a live-in program for women over the age of 18 who are struggling with drug and alcohol abuse and/or who have been physically or sexually abused. They are provided with a place to live, study and work as a family unit. Over 9,722 women have graduated from the program and over 80% are now living productive lives.

Third Phase Inc. provides emergency shelter to individuals and families who do not have a place to stay. Referrals are made through the Fire Department, Red Cross, Hamilton County Township Trustee and Religious Organizations.

Third Phase Inc. provides a place for meetings, seminars and retreats for Community Individuals and Organizations. As part of their community service, the Third Phase staff provide speaking engagements to schools and civic groups.
