County corp facilitated the tornado survivors' pathway to homeownership program (pathways). Pathways evolved out of the miami valley long term recovery operations group's work of repairing and rebuilding homes damaged by the memorial day 2019 tornadoes.
Home Improvement Grant Programs
County corp administers a variety of home improvement grant programs with the intended outcome being the renovation of primarily single family, owner-occupied homes throughout montgomery county.
Youthbuild/Americorps Program
In 2021 and 2023, county corp was awarded a department of labor youthbuild grant in the amount of $1,500,000 each which provided funding for 40 months to prepare opportunity youth for the workforce or higher education and follow-up and monitoring of their progress.
