Working with professional artists, they worked for over 6 months, between the summer and winter programs, creating, learning, and developing together a piece that was produced on stage at the venice island performing arts &…
Summer theatre and imagination camps served 104 children from kindergarten through 8TH grade over 16 weeks of summer programming in germantown, northwest philadelphia. Working with their peers and alongside professional artist educators, they built self-esteem and fostered creativity in the building of new plays.
Shadow company teen program served 25 teens in 2020, providing them an opportunity to craft a unique show for the philadelphia fringearts festival alongside professional artists. They also received leadership and job training and were given jobs as junior staff in our summer camp program.
