Where the work happens
Chartiers offers a wide range of mental health services for individuals and their families. The programs include: outpatient services, partial hospitalization, residential treatment (both short and long term), social rehabilitation, blended service coordination, family and housing support services, and substance abuse services.
With funding from hud, chartiers center offers the hestia, atlas, and vesta programs. The hestia and atlas programs support chronically homeless individuals that also experience a severe mental health disorder and possibly a substance use DISORDER/ADDICTION.
Chartiers offers programming support for individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities. The programs include: vocational and employment services, senior services, home & community habilitation and a family living program.
