Chartiers offers a wide range of mental health services for individuals and their families. The programs include: outpatient services, partial hospitalization, residential treatment (both short and long term), social rehabilitation, blended service coordination, family and housing support services, and substance abuse services.

With funding from hud, chartiers center offers the hestia, atlas, chrysalis, and vesta programs. The hestia, atlas and chrysalis programs support chronically homeless individuals that also experience a severe mental health disorder and possibly a substance use DISORDER/ADDICTION.
