504 loan program - administer an outstanding portfolio consisting of 90 loans with outstanding principal balances of $38,964,777. During 2021, 15 loans totaling $16,911,000 were approved and 5 loans totaling $3,266,000 were funded. This program provides loans to small businesses for fixed asset projects and 2,445 jobs have been created.

Paycheck Protection Program

During 2021, 80 loans totaling $1,959,900 were approved and funded. This program provides a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on payroll. Funds can be used to cover the costs of payroll and benefits, mortgage interest, rent, and utilities.
