504 loan program - administer an outstanding portfolio consisting of 98 loans with outstanding principal balances of $44,210,863. During 2020, 4 loans totaling $2,543,000 were approved and 6 loans totaling $7,710,000 were funded. This program provides loans to small businesses for fixed asset projects and 2,445 jobs have been created.

Administer an outstanding loan portfolio of 104 loans with outstanding principal balances of $7,062,371. During 2020, 6 loans totaling $853,000 were approved and 6 loans totaling $853,000 were funded.
