In addition through its educational programs associates are equipped with skills that support long-term employability. Founded in Cambodia in 2001 the organization has since expanded its programs to Laos and Kenya.

DDD provides grants and concessionary loans to support training, education and employment of disadvantaged youth, primarily but not exclusively in cambodia, laos and kenya. In addition, DDD provides training (including english, it and soft skills) and in cambodia operates its own school.
