In 2020, the Cat's Meow admitted 72 cats and kittens and placed 60 cats and kittens in new homes. In addition, 2 cats were returned to their owners, 8 cats were transferred to other organizations and 4 cats were euthanized or died due to terminal medical conditions.

The Cat's Meow operates a free spay/neuter program, open to all residents of Fidalgo and Guemes Islands. In 2020, the Cat's Meow spayed 9 female cats, neutered 9 male cats and provided medical care for 7 other cats at no cost to their owners. Each cat is also microchipped at no cost.
