In 2021, the Cat's Meow admitted 106 cats and kittens and placed 72 cats and kittens in new homes. In addition, 4 cats were returned to their owners, 15 feral cats were returned to the field after being spayed and neutered, and 5 cats were euthanized or died due to terminal medical conditions.

The Cat's Meow operates a thrift shop, Thrifty Kitty. All proceeds support the organization's mission.

The Cat's Meow operates a free spay/neuter program, open to all residents of Fidalgo and Guemes Islands. In 2021, the Cat's Meow spayed 25 female cats and neutered 14 male cats at no cost to their owners. Each cat is also microchipped at no cost.
