Day Habilitation Service
Provide habilitation services to idd with the goal of providing the training and support necessary to help each individual achieve their maximum level of autonomy and empowerment in a community base experience. During fiscal 2025, help on the way, inc., provided 17,684 units of day habilitation service.
Community Habilitation
Provide one-to-one or group services to idd in the individual's home or community setting to develop the skills needed to live more independently. Services may include supports such as personal care, community inclusion, money management and more.
Housing Subsidy Program
Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who wish to live independently in the community as possible by helping with monthly housing costs. The iss subsidy may also cover other housing costs such as utilities, water and sewer AND/OR renter's insurance.
