INCLUSIV/BLACK communities, including the resilience fund. INCLUSIV/BLACK communities is a program for small and faith-based credit unions serving predominantly african american communities. The resilience fund is a grant fund to support credit unions serving communities of color disproportionately affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
