Stay in the Game Podcast. Fans for the Cure developed a podcast (15x annually) that features interviews with physicians, public policy experts, cancer survivors, and caregivers. On several occasions, Fans for the Cure teamed up with sister charities to share guests and audiences.

The charity organized a biweekly Online Men's Support Group. Over 150 men registered for this program through December 2020. In November 2020, Fans for the Cure added biweekly Online Women's Support Groups for spouses, partners, and caregivers.

Fans for the Cure teamed up with New York-Presbyterian Health and the New York Yankees to offer a month-long screening program in lieu of the annual in-person screening event. Starting with telemedicine interviews and leading to PSA referrals, the program succeeded in providing over 250 free PSA tests and follow-ups to New York-area men.
