Where the work happens
Arts & cultural programs HSTF'S renowned arts and culture-based programming is rooted in afro-latin culture, leadership development and educational and social-emotional support. Annually, over 100 youth train in afro-latin dance, music and theatre. We create a safe environment for youth to explore their creativity fully.
High school & college success HSTF youth benefit from access to our holistic multi-year college and career support. The majority of the youth we serve come from low-income households and are first-generation college students.
Creative development and organizing hyde square task force, inc. (HSTF) has placed a renewed emphasis on providing free, accessible, and year-round afro-latin culture-based programming in boston's latin quarter. We organize a six-week latin quarter summer series with music performances, art-making, and other activities.
