Haiti Earthquake Emergency Response

On saturday, august 14, 2021 a magnitude 7.2 earthquake struct haiti. Capracare provide the following services in les cayes: distributed 3,842 food & hygene kits,provide emergency care service to 1,354 in our rural moble clinics,sheltered 35 displsced individuals, provided 2,128 mental health and counseling services.

Cervical Prevention, Education, & Treatment Programs

With support of our partners, capracare was able to amplify and expand our service area to other parts of haiti. Using a clinic- based see and treat screening method in conjunction with a community education program, we performed the following services: cervical cancer screenings and exams 804, conducted cervical cancer and education…

Capricare provides health services in rural areas that have none to little access to health care to prevent residents from dying from treatable diseases. Capricare employs local staff, purchases local supplies, and provide trauma and urgent services to treat haitians suffering from PTSD, civil unrest, and other daily living conditions.
