Outreach Programs

Maine State Ballet offers ballet and various dance/musical theater productions to a diverse community audience on a regular and affordable basis. It provides free tickets to performances for hundreds of local underprivileged families, and free short-term dance classes to community members.

School of Performing Arts

The Maine State Ballet School for Performing Arts offers instruction in ballet, jazz, tap, and musical theatre to over 450 students of preschool through adult ages. MSB offers approximately $25,000 in tuition scholarships annually to students with financial need, dancers with promise, and company members.
