Maintenance Worker

Maintenance Worker Join Arrowhead West, Inc. Mid-Kansas Division (Pratt and Medicine Lodge) and use your hands-on skills to help create safe, comfortable environments that support people with disabilities in living meaningful lives. As a Maintenance Worker, you help ensure that Arrowhead West's facilities, vehicles, and grounds remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the individuals and employees we serve. What You Get To Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and agency vehicles. Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general repair projects. Maintain agency grounds through mowing, trimming, debris removal, and seasonal upkeep.

Perform snow removal and ice melt application during winter weather. Complete vehicle inspections and report repair needs. Help keep facilities clean, safe, and in excellent working condition. Track maintenance activities and equipment records as assigned. What You Will Receive Competitive pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour . Full-time employment with a mission-driven organization. What You Need High school diploma or GED preferred (experience may substitute). Basic knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and building systems.

Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, or grounds maintenance is a plus. Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and current auto insurance. Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed. Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
