Performs general maintenance activities such as minor electrical, mechanical or plumbing. Completes assigned preventative maintenance activities. Assists with groundskeeping. Performs ice and snow removal as needed. POPULATION SERVED: n/aOSHA CATEGORY III ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS QUALITYCompletes assigned general maintenance work orders and completes necessary paperwork for each task within 60 days of work order origination date.Completes assigned preventative maintenance in the month assigned by the 25th of each month.
