Transitional Housing

Includes seawind & loli'ana apartments, vancouver house, nakolea, kulaokahua, and edwin thomas home that provide temporary and transitional housing facilities for families, single persons, the elderly, and the chronically mentally ill who are homeless and in need of shelter and support. Approximately 58 persons served.
