The apch bridge to the future program helps teen-age youth prepare for adulthood through tutoring and sat preparation, internships, college counseling, college scholarships, and mentoring. Apch has served more than 20,000 youth and provided college scholarships for 345 students, a majority of whom are first-generation college attendees.

The apch health, nutrition and well-being program provides daily access to nutrition, gardening, physical fitness activities, and counseling with annual access to dental, optometric, and health screenings and services.

Creative expressions program through dance, music, fine arts digital media and theater, we support the development of young people's creative voices and healthy modes of expression. Apch served an average of 350-450 young people and their families each day and thousands more community members with our large community events.
