Drug Use Is Life Abuse (duila)

Project: no gangs, duila was established during 1988 as a support group of the council to assist the sheriff's department in its education and awareness efforts on drug abuse. Duila is not a separate legal entity; however, it operates under its own set of bylaws, with its own organizational structure and governing body.
