TODCO/YBC 4 owns leland apartments, a 24-UNIT housing complex in san francisco, california, which provides disabled persons with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their needs. The project is operated under section 811 of the national affordable housing act of 1990 and applicable hud regulations.
