In europe and eurasia, internews diversifies media content by providing local partners with relevant tools and increasing media literacy among both youths and adults. Internews also improves citizen access to civically relevant information to increase public engagement in accountability.

In sub-saharan africa, internews supports journalists and media outlets to increase access to information about health, humanitarian resources, and governmental processes. Internews increases knowledge on COVID-19 and hiv prevention science by connecting a network of journalists, advocates, and other stakeholders in the region.
