Where the work happens
Other (contract work for Composers, Festivals & Presenters) Volti was contracted for Festival Napa Valley in July 2024, performing varied opera scene work plus performances for composer Gordon Getty. Volti was also contracted in March 2024 with the SF Ballet for their performance of Midsummer Nights Dream.
Concerts
Voltis 45th Season included self-produced concerts. In November 2023 we presented the concert Book of Colors, including premieres by Marcos Balter (Livros das Cores (Book of Colors), mvmt 4), Yu-hui Changs Being: Two Collins Songs, and Mark Winges Words Cast Shadows.
Collaborations
(Collaborations with other arts organizations): In May 2024, we collaborated with SF Contemporary Music Players to present the world premiere of Richard Festingers Worlds Apart at the Brava Theater in San Francisco.
