The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended. Within the scope of the foregoing purposes and not by limitation thereof the Corporation is organized and operated for the purpose of supporting frontline organizations that work to end poverty and modern slavery.
