In September LEDC joined the Nebraska Alliance for Thriving Communities to promote economically productive immigration policies. We also encouraged officeholders to make state-level investments that will positively impact Latino families and their economic opportunities.

In November LEDC kicked off the We Make Omaha visioning workshops. In partnership with the City of Omaha Spark Elevate and Omaha by Design this was to gain input from the broader Latino community on its path forward as an integral part of Omahas economy.
