Where the work happens
Youth (junior) rowing program is offered to kids in grades 6 to 12 during the school year and summer. Aproximately 100 students participate during the year. In addition, there are approximately 70 students who travel from all over the country to participate in a three week long camp with rogue rowing coaches.
Learn-to-row clinics introduce community members to rowing. 100s of individuals are provided the chance to try rowing no matter their background or ability. These opportunities range from one-day clinics to lessons that run for the entire year. In addition, the club provides learn to row opportunities for an adapative program.
Rowing lessons to participants. Sessions are designed to improve technique and enhance fitness. We accept any age and background into this program by giving discounts and credit to those in need. This extends the program to about 100 additional individuals who receive lessons to improve their skills.
