The Projects, Events and Exhibitions Program offers visual artists the opportunity to work in formats and contexts that extend and challenge their artistic development and offers exposure to new audiences.

Alternative Exposure Grant Program, a major re-granting initiative created in partnership with the Warhol Foundation, offers $80,000 in grants annually to independent groups working in the visual arts. In 2020, SoEx worked with the Warhol Foundation to distribute emergency grants to local artists.
