CO.STARTERS CORE class series were offered in Baker City, La Grande and Enterprise - 5 series of 10 classes were held, attended by 51 business owners or prospective business owners. 11 entrepreneurs attended the 4-session CO.STARTERS Bootcamp workshop series.

NEOEDD conducted numerous planning activities to complete and implement our 2023-2028 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. Regional priorities in the CEDS are: workforce development, workforce housing, business development and infrastructure.
