Prism health delivers primary care and behavioral healthcare to the general public with an emphasis on providing culturally relevant, affirming and non-judgmental care to the LGBTQ+ community. Prism health opened for patients on may 2, 2017, as the first LGBTQ primary care clinic in oregon.
