Property Operations and Management

Reach and affiliated entities own and manage more than 2,731 units of affordable rental housing in the portland, oregon metropolitan region and southwest washington. These units are in apartments, plexes and single-family houses, and are only available to households under certain income limits.

The resident services program supports families and individuals living in reach and affiliated entities housing as they improve the social, economic, and environmental conditions affecting their lives.

Home Repair Program

The community builders program provides free home repairs for low-income elderly AND/OR disabled homeowners to age in place and help maintain housing stability. This includes providing accessibility and safety upgrades, such as wheelchair ramps, grab bars, and smoke 1,027,815. 806,441. Resident (tenant) services: detectors.
