The cambridge foundation provided grants to various charitable and governmental organizations including the village of cambridge and cambridge public schools and the village of cambridge. The foundation provided scholarships to cambridge students.

The cambridge foundation is responsible for the maintenance of ripley park, an 18-ACRE park on the west shore of lake ripley located in cambridge, wisconsin. The park is open to the public and is home to facilities for swimming and outdoor recreation that the local communities have chosen not to provide.
