Organizing

The oregon student association launched the student organizer coalition which hired 8 student interns from 8 of the oregon public institutions. Students were trained in organizing and fieldwork tactics. The organizing students from public universities and community colleges to attend the 2024 student's lobby day.

Advocacy

The oregon student association launched the council of legislative advocates which hired 8 student interns from 8 of the oregon public institutions. These student interns worked to get into the community to identify potential issues for a spot on the oregon student association statewide survey.

Leadership Development

The oregon student association launched a new executive committee in which students are elected into positions to serve as a ctudent counterpart to each staff person. These students work with staff to grow and maintain the organization. At the start of this academic year the oregon student association had 2 campus members.
