Where the work happens
Clinic and Health Services
Our clinic is a federally qualified health center providing primary health care and prevention to everyone at our main and east county clinics and a school-based health center. Services include primary care as a patient-centered primary care home (PCPCH), naturopathic care, and integrated behavioral health.
Homeless Youth Services
We provide services geared to help homeless youth achieve wellness, supportive engagement and crisis services, basic needs resources, nutritious meals, healthy activities, case management, alternative high school and college support, employment training and placement, and housing.
Behavioral Health Services
We offer intensive specialty mental health services for young adults experiencing homelessness. The services offered teach skills to reduce negative health consequences associated client behaviors.
