Cooking for Health Cooking for Health empowers individuals to use nutrition to support healing. Our weekly vegetarian Co-op Caf serves about 800 meals per year, each entre accompanied by nutritional information and ingredient insights. The caf turns every meal into a learning experience about whole-food, plant-based eating.
