Totalcare Foundation (the corporation) is organized and is to be operated exclusively for one or more of the following purposes: charitable, religious, literary, scientific or educational purposes or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. Within the scope of the foregoing purposes, the corporation will provide support and aid to underserved populations in the united states and around the world through healthcare and other forms of humanitarian relief. The corporation hopes to aid in supplying medical goods and services, food, clothing, and other goods and services that have a positive impact on the communities IT plans to serve.at this time, IT is anticipated that the corporation will provide financial and other assistance to an establisted clinic (owned by deliverance church) in eldoret, kenya (the fifth largest city in kenya). The clinic offers multi-specialty care, including primary care, immunizations, maternal services, cancer screening and counseling.
