Foster Care and Adoption

Hope bridge provides support to foster, adoptive, and kinship families during their journey by providing encouragement to keep going and connection to helpful resources. The program provides a variety of support to families through weekly meals, mentoring, respite care, and many other forms of ongoing assistance.

Single Moms

In the program, single moms, age 18 and older, work to set goals with the guidance of dedicated and supportive staff, while living in a comfortable residential setting with her children for approximately 18-24 months.

Aging Out Youth

Hope bridge works to positively impact ohio's youth aging out of the foster care system by building a program designed to intentionally support and wraparound the individuals without a connection to a forever home through mentorship and helpful resources.
