The organization assists law enforcement officers and their families following on-duty injuries or line-of-duty deaths. In response to increasing mental health challenges within the first responder community, the organization has expanded its programs to include mental health and wellness initiatives.

The organization hosted a one-day mental health conference bringing together industry experts, mental health professionals, and first responders to discuss strategies for maintaining mental health and well-being in high-stress environments. The program primarily benefited first responders.
