Where the work happens
Building Expansion and Management of Art Collection
Fees paid for art acquisitions, as well as storage and insurance on the art collection, which was donated to the foundation and is maintained for use in borough library facilities. Pieces from the collection are on display at local libraries. Additionally, the noel wien library expansion project began in late 2023.
Community Outreach
The foundation supports community outreach efforts in borough libraries by providing funding grants for reading incentive programs, including the cabin fever program, a summer reading program for adults, and raven about reading, which offers a specially designed library card for 1ST and 2ND graders.
